Tulsi Gabbard left her position in the Democratic Party in 2016 as she could not abide how Bernie Sanders was being “railroaded” by that party. She came out and endorsed him against the wishes of “the party”. While she may not have all the answers, she (so far) appears to be a person of dignity and character with some rational and sane views about good governance.
